No matter how adventurous an idea may be, Alicia always strives to capture the spark of life that makes the heart dance in all its facets and essences in imaginative ways and to preserve the fleeting moment for eternity. 
In doing so, she not only enjoys juggling with words, but above all with her camera, always searching for the deeper meaning behind the mysteries of our existence on this earth.

No matter how bold an idea may be, the bundle of energy with the curly hair always strives to make the intangible tangible and bring it to life with flashes of inspiration and creative design.
As is so often the case, her creative streak was already apparent as a child and has continued to develop throughout her career, until it is now reflected in Alicia's creative cosmos in the form of (das.und.mehr / engl. this.and.more) design, photography, videography, lyrical texts, collage art and many other creative works.

During her career, Alicia specialized primarily in editorial design, art direction, branding, videography, and photography. She worked as a director for live basketball broadcasts, as well as a lecturer in visual and experimental design and typography at the university. 
Her work also focused on clients in the architecture and interior design industry, and she has worked as a visual designer and art director with companies such as Vitra International AG, Artemide S.p.A., Aston Martin, Auroport GmbH, and REHAU Industries SE & Co. KG.
